We use TeamViewer to provide online services and support because it is a proven and highly secure system widely used for online services in the IT industry.

Online Service and Support

TeamViewer enables us to log in to your computer at your invitation. Run TeamViewer and provide your Ibis consultant with your TeamViewer ID and password. We can also log onto your Android device for Freeway support. 

If you do not have TeamViewer on your computer you can download the Ibis TeamViewer QuickSupport app for Windows by clicking on the Download button below.

TeamViewer for Computers

Save this app to your desktop, no installation is required. To use the app simply provide your Ibis consultant with the Partner ID.

TeamViewer for Android Devices

We can remotely access and control most Android devices to provide support for the Ostendo Freeway app. You will need to install the TeamViewer QuickSupport app on your device. To enable remote control simply provide your Ibis consultant with the Partner ID and allow access when prompted.

Vysor for Android Devices
 
Ostendo Freeway Vysor
 
Some Android point mobile devices do not enable remote control from TeamViewer and so we need to use Vysor for this. This requires the app to be installed on your Windows computer and your point mobile device, which then needs to be connected to your computer by a cable. Your Ibis consultant can then login to your computer via TeamViewer to control your point mobile device.

TeamViewer for Apple iOS Devices

We can remotely access and view Apple iOS devices on iOS version 11 or higher to provide support for the Ostendo Freeway app. Unfortunately, remote control is not available for Apple iOS. You will need to install the TeamViewer QuickSupport app on your device. Your Ibis consultant will guide you on how to allow remote access.
